Position is responsible for scheduling appointments and pre-registering patients for sites nationwide. Follow prescribed list of questions to get and give information during scheduling calls and ensure every patient receives the highest level of customer service.

Requirements:
1-2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting and knowledge of medical terminology.
Ability to enter information into a database accurately and efficiently.
Must have good communication and interactive skills to work with Patients, Physicians and Team members.
